There are a couple of good Racing Live forums on the web. Chances are, you've already been to them, but if not:

Racing Live Community Forums

This is the official forum, run by the game developer, Storm8. There are some Storm8 employees on there as moderators and it is possible to get the odd official response. You need to register through the game to get a free account here. Click on Settings on the home screen in Racing Live, then the Storm8 tab, and create a user name & password.

iMMOForums: Racing Live

This is an independent forum. There are a lot of great guides to the game stickied. It's definitely worth reading them all. There's a terrific spreadsheet which helps you analyze your setup and figure out where you improve things. You need to register (it's free) to download the spreadsheet.
